This building was a small hall, but was well secured, and I couldn’t get any internal shots.
Bourne Rural District Council built Bourne Hospital in the early years
of the twentieth century at a cost of £5,000. At the time, this part of Bourne was
rural, but the town has now grown, and is about to swallow up this collection of old buildings.
