The room was L-shaped, with a small additional office at the back, and stairs leading
upstairs (but we didn’t go up there).
Here could be seen sinks, medicine racks, drug literature (all dating from 1991)
and other associated clutter.
It was in this room that I found the last issues of the
Yellow Pages,
Cane Hill’s lively weekly newsletter.
