Halfway along this corridor, I discovered another set of stairs leading
down to a basement area. This meant that Cane Hill had three basements:
two at either end of the administration block and one in the middle.
There were two rooms in this dingy basement. And there wasn’t much left in this one.
This was once the Medical Library.
