The corridor wasn’t perfectly rounded but was angled in a series of steps. This gave
the group some protection: an approaching security patrol could be heard allowing
explorers to quickly scuttle into one of the adjoining wards to hide. The long linear
corridors traversing the centre of the building weren’t so safe.
