And here’s the view looking south – this is the daddy of all corridors.

Being in the CRX sometimes reminded me of a military installation – it was probably built by people more used to putting up aerodromes or other wartime structures.

Given its symmetric construction, the CRX was one of the easiest explorations I’d undertaken. I’d taken some maps but I didn’t need them. Also, reading about the hospital extensively on The Shrine, had prepared me well – it was like I already knew the place.

This instant familiarity with the site turned out to be very advantageous – especially when we ventured up to The Saw Mill. But more on that later.
