Leda's plan was different. She'd approached the hospital authorities and gained permission of sorts; and then approached English Partnership’s security and also gained permission of sorts. It was a loose agreement based on the willingness of key staff (who were helpful because someone was interested in their workplace) and the presence of a friendly security guard (who took more than a passing interest in his work). It wasn't exactly a firm "yes" but it wasn’t exactly a "no" either, and one could be played off against the other.
