Foster Building was the last large building constructed at St. Lawrences. In the 1980s, the site began to contract and shut down: the Radial Building was sold for redevelopment; the Rashleigh Building was demolished; and the Kendall Building was subject to an arson attack in 2001 and finally demolished in 2005.
