I’d now finished my perimeter walk, noting features with a keen eye.. It was a well secure site, and broken
windows were effectively boarded up. But I noticed, with some amusement, that cell doors were being used
to block the windows, creating a crazy patchwork of multicoloured windows.
Doors to keep the inmates in were being used to keep everyone out.
