This villa style hospital was built around a horseshoe shaped main drive, the two sides of the pattern
symmetrical meeting at the Administration Block at the tip of the arch (complete with elegant clock tower).
The villas were two storeys, mostly devoid of tiles and slates, the skeletal beams and joists open to the
elements; this place was trashed. The Administration Block looked exciting, but security sat there, surveying
their massive estate from its primary position.
We’d have to be careful.
