I took this shot of what I thought was the Administration Block, but was actually a ward. The buildings
stepped back in an echelon pattern, the buildings mirroring each other.
There was no sign of a Water Tower, there didn’t seem to be any other features other than wards. These
buildings, which had a footprint about the same size as Rauceby Hospital,
were simply a ward block, nothing more. I had yet to find the main hospital.
I estimated that about 500 patients could be cared for here. So, where were the other 2,500?
