I took this shot of one of the derelict villas to the north of the site - the building is splitting and slowly falling
over. A similar process is occurring to the Water Tower.
West Park wasn’t originally going to close - but given the natural subsidence, and the cracks appearing, it
probably wasn’t going to last much longer anyway.
