Moving eastwards, it became apparent that most of the house’s features had been removed in this section. Even the plaster was gone, leaving bare brick and mud floors. As Beedingwood was toppling overhead, working from the roof down, it seemed to also be sinking into a muddy grave. Either way, it’s fate seem assured.
