The next building eastwards contained this huge empty space. It was remarkably clean and tidy considering how long it had stood derelict.

This was the building we’d viewed from the outside where the roof had collapsed leaving the upper floor completely open to the elements. Despite the damage to its upper storeys, this ground floor remained dry.

The building’s owners wish to gut this building and convert the shell into apartments.
