For those who’re interested, this is what the top of the second grain silo at the Ditchingham Maltings looks
like. Because I simply do not recommend crossing that wooden walkway to see it for yourselves.
The way back was taken extremely gingerly with both hands on the conveyor belt mechanism if the ground
did suddenly give way. The relief getting to the other side was incredible.
We decided to call it a day. We needed a drink.
