Two weeks later, on a bright summers Sunday morning, I returned to the Maltings with a film crew to
complete the documentary piece for Inside Out. It couldn’t have been more different to the dark,
dank and oppressive atmosphere of my previous explore.
I pointed out the wooden walkway to the director. I don’t quite remember exactly what he said, but they
involved the words “bloody” and “idiot”. Yes, I think that’s right.
