A key board, now totally empty, gave an indication of the size of the workshop, and the sheer number of
machines and cupboards requiring locks.
"As you have already realised [Aquila] was an "Essurance Quality Directorate" in
which the MOD tested to destrutuction items that were made for them. In
addition there was the calibrations laboratories in which instruments that
hadn't been used for the last years were tested to make sure they were still
in calibration !!!" - Mike.
