At this point, the center of the airfield could be seen, with derelict buildings as far as the eye could see.

We never looked at the small one storey building immediately to the left, because I’d spotted a collection of buildings that Offkilter and I explored several months previously. They appeared rather sinister and I wanted to get some shots of them.
