Next to this hanger, and facing the runway, were two
Nissen huts, arranged parallel to each other. I was looking for the Chapel,
as it was marked on maps as being in this general area, and decided to have
a look at this temporary buildings first.
Given that the rest of the site was built of brick and concrete,
I assumed that these Nissen huts dated from the site when it was a First World War aerodrome.
