Mount Wellington’s time has now come. After standing derelict for over
fifteen years, during which it was stripped and systematically vandalised, the site has now been sold.
Local firm Kensa Engineering have purchased the site, where they will be building environmentally
friendly heat pumps.
For a short time, it dominated the view over the valley of Twelveheads. Soon
it shall be no more.
