Not a chance though, With Netherne's Administration Block and
Water Tower being six (or even seven) figure
prime real estate; the obtuse, ugly, bricked, stilted, utilitarian Water Tower at
Queen Elizabeths being
(apparently) fashioned into a must-have des-res for a cool million, it seems highly unlikely that either
Park or Hill could escape the redevelopers. The NHS has to recoup its money somehow.
