Inside Out is a magazine style programme featuring interesting people and/or subjects from the local region. Broadcast in the early evening (just before the popular soap Eastenders), the show is almost guaranteed high audience figures. Typically, three ten minute films are shown, all anchored by a presenter.

Even though it was regional, and different versions of the show would be shown for each part of the UK, this was high profile: I was being given an opportunity to present urban exploration to millions of viewers. So although my response to the researcher was quick, I’d given it serious thought. And my answer was "yes".
